IIPF General Assembly

The IIPF General Assembly is the supreme authority of the association and is composed of the members. Each paid-up member, whether individual or corporate, has one vote. The General Assembly is called together by the Board of Management and meets once a year, at the time of each Congress. It can discuss and take a definitive vote only on matters that have been placed in advance on the agenda.

Among its responsibilities it includes the election of the President, the Executive Vice Presidents, the Vice Presidents, the other members of the Board of Management, the Executive Committee, the Treasurer and the Auditors. It also determines the time, place and main subject of each Congress.
