The 66th Congress of the International Institute of Public Finance (IIPF) was held in Uppsala, Sweden, from August 23 through 26, 2010, and dealt with Tax Evasion, Tax Avoidance and Shadow Economy.

The scientific committee for this congress was chaired by Friedrich Schneider (University of Linz, Austria) and Clemens Fuest (Oxford University, UK).

The local organising committee was chaired by Sören Blomquist (Uppsala University). Uppsala University was also the hosting university.
