  The 2011 IIPF Congress will be held in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA

The 67th Congress of the International Institute of Public Finance (IIPF) will be held in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA, from August 7 through 11, 2011. The topic will be Rethinking the role of the state: Responses to recent challenges.

The scientific committee for this congress will be chaired by Ruud de Mooij (International Monetary Fund).

The local organising committee will be chaired by Joel Slemrod (University of Michigan). The University of Michigan will also be the hosting university.

The 68th Congress of the International Institute of Public Finance (IIPF) will be held in Dresden, Germany, in August 2012. The topic will be Public Finance, Public Dept and Global Recovery.

The scientific committee for this congress will be chaired by Jack Mintz (University of Calgary, Canada). 

The local organising committee will be chaired by Marcel Thum (Dresden University of Technology). Dresden University of Technology will also be the hosting university.
